COMPANY PROFILE
We employ over 200 (check this figure) experienced and trained Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) registered officers. Red Security is a registered member of the Small Enterprise Employers of South Africa (SEESA) and the National Employers’ Association of South Africa (NEASA), which ensure compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act No. 75 of 1997.
We are fully accredited with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and the Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA) to provide training in accordance with the National Qualified Framework (NQF).
Our staff receive intensive training to exacting standards, including computer literacy training, where relevant. Our candidates range from qualified Grade A to Grade D security officers, retail security officers, special events personnel and response security officers.
Management Team
Our inspectors and management team monitor all our guards on an ad hoc basis and meet regularly with our clients to evaluate task performance and environment, risk assessment, emerging and potential threats and Service Agreements.
Red Security’s Operational Management team is on call on a 24/7 basis in the event of an emergency, and is supported by a control room, which also operates on a 24/7 basis.

Red Security is committed to Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, striving to empower historically disadvantaged individuals with skills by providing subsidized learner-ships and training courses.
We additionally act as mentors to newly established, previously disadvantaged security firms in order to enable them to become autonomous.
Firearm License
We have a registered firearm license in terms of Section 20 of the Firearms Control Act, 200 (Act 60 No 2000)
