STRUCTURE

RED Security is organized into a number of main divisions.

These include:

FINANCE / ADMINISTRATION
This division is responsible for the planning, control, co-ordination and motivation of the company and its employees.

OPERATIONS
This division is responsible for controlling the co-ordination and deployment of guards.

TRAINING
This division is responsible for running our in-house training centre, recruiting and conducting staff-training programs.

SALES / MARKETING
This division is responsible for new business development by planning security programs aimed at accommodating specific target markets.
