Management is on 24-hour standby and is supported by a reliable, fully equipped 24-hour control room.

PERSONNEL COMPLEMENT
We have a staff complement of over 300 officers, all registered in terms of the Security Officers Board.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
Red Security personnel undergo a rigorous recruitment process comprising reference checks, criminal record checks and medical examinations. All these checks are done pre-employment.
