The company has a Primary and Secondary Commitment towards Black Economic Empowerment, which is measured on a monthly basis.
  1. Supporting and assisting black security firms as they establish themselves in the security industry.
  2. Mentorship over newly established black security firms to help and guide them to become autonomous, independent firms.
  3. The development and training of black security personnel in managerial skills.
  4. Allow employers with long service to eventually become stakeholders in the company.
  5. The provision of provident fund benefits to black employees.
  6. Support black suppliers of stationary, uniform, clothing, office furniture, equipment, etc. by purchasing goods from them.
